Talk about fun, this project is so stinkin cute, you’ll want to try it for yourself! Go visit May May’s blog/ store to buy your own set of stamps!
Not only did Santa get stuck, but when he started a slippin and a sliding on the ice some one had lit a fire in the chimney…. hot pants!
For this project you will need a snow globe (Michael’s, Joanne’s, etc.) a sharp pair of scissors, a tea light, the stamps mentioned above and some time.
The project is not difficult, but it takes a little time for everything to set up and gel. To keep the tea light in place, I used hot glue, E6000 and even some crystal accents, a few clamps and a bunch of patience and I finally got this project finished.
I finished up the bottom with some ribbon I had on hand. Please send me an email with a picture to ms.rhetta@gmail.com if you try this project for yourself. I’ll put your creation here on my personal blog!
The chunky glitter is from Twinklet’s “diamond Dust” . The blue glitter is called waterfall and it is by Sparkle and Sprinkle.
Such a beautiful day here! I was able to accomplish even more than I planned, which for many just like me is a really good thing.
I started my morning with a trip to the post office, gas station and I took my husband’s car into be detailed. This time next Friday, a very long separation will come to an end.
I am excited and nervous, thankful and prayerful all at the same time.
I had a company come in and steam clean our carpets today. It has been a very long time since I had them done. We plan to replace the carpet in most of the house, but we decided to have them professionally done for now.
When the gentlemen was here cleaning, Isabella got herself in a bit of a quandary. She got a little too curious and started walking along the retaining wall. As you can see by that cute little face she wasn’t really sure how to solve her own dilemma.
I did go out and rescue her, the last thing I would want is for her to fall and become injured.
Once the carpets are dry I hope to be able to get my craft area back into order and get some projects started. Of course I have a laundry list of things that need to be accomplished in seven short days.
I hope you are all having a great day and enjoying this beautiful change of the seasons.
Just a short post to show off our two precious fur-babies. Snickers is the black Shih Tzu and Isabella is the blond chick.
They are both so very precious to our family. We had a wonderful time today with them. My friend Kris came over and played with the puppies, gifted me with some fun things to alter as well as her company which is always a gift.
I am so blessed to have good friends, a warm home, a precious husband and a wonderful son. Please be a blessing to some one, be kind and love one another.
Hello my crafting and stamping buddies, I hope you will enjoy the video and slide show of the projects I have been working on.
The Pumpkin mini album is for my grand one, Max. He is fourteen months old and with Halloween approaching, I thought it would be fun to send his mom a mini to fill up with Fall, Halloween and Thanksgiving pictures.
Enjoy the video!
I used the Paper Studio papers from Hobby Lobby on this project. It is die cut with the Accucut build an album, pumpkin die. I used google eyes and embellished it with a few shrink plastic pieces. The back cover is not finished yet.
Stamp Happy and be a blessing. Remember to be kind to everyone!
Today is certainly a very rainy day in Maryland. It is also cooler than it has been over the last week or so. Our precious little dogs make a quick run out into the yard to take care of their busines.
Isabella is three weeks post surgery. Since her grooming she has discovered the true joy of hiding out in her pink kennel. I have a small space heater I run when it is cooler weather.
I had such an awesome time shopping on line with Taylored expressions and My favorite things stamps. I am so excited to share these products with you in today’s video.
I am serious when I state that their card stock easily rivals, dare I say, exceeds the quality of the stock from Stampin up. They have a wide variety of colors, they even have stamping ink, ribbon and buttons to match. As well as a matching variety of felt. So many great products.
I hope you will let them know that “Loretta Rodger” recommended their products to you. At check out there is a box for special instructions or comments, you may put it there. I receive no product or compensation for purchasing or showing any products that I own.
Have a terrific day, I hope you all enjoy a weekend full of warm memories, fun crafting and the love of family and friends. Stamp happy, be kind and always be a blessing.
