“R” is for rememberance
I made this journal for myself. I just needed to be creative and alter something. I used some designer paper I picked up from my local craft store to cover the small album. The album was found at the dollar store!
The small flower/butterfly medallion is actually the page marker. I used “Yes” glue to attach all of the layers of paper. Any 3-D objects (flowers, etc) are attached using E6000 glue. I embellished the project with pretty ribbons and (of course) glitter. The project took me a total of 2 hours to complete. I will alter a pen to match the set later on.
I hope you guys are having a wonderful day. Mine day has been dis-jointed as my youngest kiddo, Chad is sick with the flu bug. Mommy is tired. I simply do not sleep well when I have someone sick in the house, every noise causes me to go check in on him. He hasn’t had as high of a fever as in the past few days so I am hoping we are at the end of this sickness.
Craig called home this evening, he had had an interesting week and just needed to touch base. My sweet Michael calls this his ‘touching base and keeping grounded’ call. I miss him and am always so excited to get that happy voice on the end of the phone telling me about his day and the adventures in his life.
Have a great evening. Go create something! Stamp Happy!

Penny Black card swap!
A special Thank you!
I had gotten a bit spoiled with him working from home and being able to spend my day to day with him beside me. I made a decision a week ago that I will treat myself to a one time maid service. Yes, I can do house work on my own, but this is the deep down stuff I will gladly let some one else do!
