IC Radio interview — unexpected craft supplies
On November 11, 2021, I sat down with radio personality #Donna Feazell. This interview took place at Shepherds Cove Hospice in Northeast Alabama.
In the interview we discuss some of my favorite supplies most people do not necessarily equate with craft supplies.
On the top of my list is non-aerosol hairspray. I dump the contents into a reusable squeeze bottle, It acts as a glue of sorts, you would simple squeeze the contents into an ornament, pour out the excess and then add glitter inside. Easy to do and such a great impact.
Second unusual supply are puppy papers. They aren’t just for puppy piddle anymore! These are fantastic for protecting a surface, moping up oil in a man’s workshop, or collecting glitter. They also serve as a portable baby changing area and a place where you can put your make up on while traveling.
Another fun item to keep on hand in the craft room are baby wipes. There isn’t a crafty day that goes by without this workhorse in my arsenal! They are wonderful for quick clean ups of your area, your hands or even supplies.
Please watch the video for more of my favorite things to use in your craft room.
Now I want to thank all the folks who attended the Cove Crafters meeting on November 11, 2021, in the Shepherd’s Cove community room in Albertville, AL. Your dedication and love show in the project that were completed. In all we made about 103 of these adorable ornaments.
Here is another video for you to enjoy. Photos of all participants including the little one is used with permission.
