Thank you Veterans’
This precious image is from Digital Delights click here for the web sight. The image is called “Think Pink” Lara and is originally intended for making cards and other things to support breast cancer patients, survivors and to remind all women the importance of self breast exams and mammograms.
With the Veteran’s Day celebration on November 11th, I decided to make a very feminine version. I generated the sentiment “welcome home” and inside I also generated a sentiment “Thank you for your service”. Both sentiments are printed on yellow card stock using “Bradly hand” script and 16pt typing with red as the main color. I printed them out and layered them onto the card. Of course you can’t see the inside of the card, but that probably goes without saying.
The image is colored with copic markers and embellished with a white gel pen, glitter, pearls, and ribbon. You will see her again on Thursday along with a preview for next Saturday’s Digital Delights video. Thank you veterans.
A side note, thank you my precious husband, MSG Rodger, Michael L. USA Army Retired. Your service and sacrifice are honored in this home.

This is so cute Loretta. I love the bit of lace at the bottom of the image. Your coloring is awesome! What a wonderful card to honor someone for their service to our country – and thank you to your husband too!
