Thank you card with progress video/tutorial
When my husband and I visited Hawaii for our 18th anniversary, I dropped my cell phone in the causeway on the way to the plane. I was very fortunate to have a gentleman who found it, and called the number I had put in the “I’m lost” screen. It took about a week for the return of the phone. I am forever grateful.
I had his address from the envelope he mailed the phone home and took the time to buy a small gift card and make a card for him. In this process video you will see some very loose water coloring. I purposed to not really stay in the lines so that when I die cut the images I would still have a very almost soppy water color effect. While the paper was still damp, I folded the petals so the piece was more dimensional.
This is one of my favorite things to do. I also pretty much used scraps I had to complete my card. If you have any questions, please leave them in the comments section down below or email me directly at Ms.Rhetta@gmail.com.
If you make a similar card, please let me know, as I would love to see your creations. Please don’t forget to share my post on your social media accounts.
Until next time, stamp happy and be a blessing!
