Hello Stampers!

How to: Take two pieces of coordinating fabric and trim to fit the die. Iron them. Place them right side together with the wrong side of the fabric facing out. Run through the machine and cut out.
**
Sew along the sides of the material leaving a small opening for turning and stuffing. Turn right sides out and stuff with filler of your choice. Not bad for a first try!

As many of you know, I recently celebrated my 45th birthday! Here are just a FEW pictures of all the goodies and some of the cards I was graciously gifted!
I have enjoyed my birthday month very much!

Now a picture of my Shoe Box swap for the Ft. Meade, Maryland swap on January 9, 2010.
Isn’t this little Valentine treat box adorable. I used my new sizix die “Bag, with handles” to cut this one out, then I used one of the brand new Cuttlebug embossing folders (I know it doesn’t show in person, but in real life the texture of this heavy card stock is rich with beautiful free floating flowers.

I used both copic markers and water color pencils to color the image. There will also be one or two other images for the Shoe Box swappers to choose from for their project. I am also going to include glitter glue to add sparkle and interest to the project.
