Isabella Mae Rodger — nose all trimmed and a quick vet check
Night two much better than night one. We fussed about 5 minutes and settled into our play pen for the night. She slept until 6:00 . We got up went potty and got some breakfast, played a while and snoozed until 8:00 then we where up for the day.
She already likes to sneak off and get into the crate for a much needed nap. a nap in her terms is 10 or less… then she is ready to “GO”!
SO my new girl needed “new” clothes. I purchased some small premie baby onsies, and cut off the crotch area… saving that material for who knows what… anyway, then I sewed in a hem. For those who really know me, I don’t sew. My sewing machine is about 7-10 years old and it is mostly in good shape. For what ever reason, it is now after a few outfits.. sewing backwards. Once again I took that as a sign from the Lord to give it up for the day.
Things with Mike’s work situation continue to be back and fourth. Please keep us in your prayers and we are just trying to do the best thing for our family and future. We have a forever home for us and these beautiful puppies some where…. The Lord knows where it is.. he’ll show us in his due time.
Speaking of due time, I’m having a great time with some craft projects. I just keep my trash can really close and check around for wayward scraps of paper, clips or anything else that could become puppy fotter. After my last round of making things for my Senior Angel and Chemo Angel assignments, I need to tidy up my desk. I will be able to show you the projects I am making for these assignments, but will not be mentioning their names for privacy concerns.
For my Chemo Angel, I made a never ending card. I didn’t take pictures. It was one of those projects I kinda wish I hadn’t started. It took much longer than I anticipated. I kept getting interrupted. It did turn out very cute and worked great!
I hope you are staying warm and enjoying some pool time and some cool air conditioning.
The little clip board is made from a rectangle shaped coaster I got at a restaurant while eating out. I covered it with decorative paper from My minds eye I love the fact that this 6X6″ paper pad is double sided making the options for using it diverse. I simply covered the coasters with the paper, distressed the edges, stamped a sentiment and the owl onto shrink plastic and finished it off with the office clip and post it pad. The entire project took less than 5 minutes.
Push Pin swap is still open, I need at least 3 more players please. Pass the word.
Stamp happy and be a blessing!

The puppy is adorable and I love the way you make the clothes (when the sewing machine cooperates :).
Doing the angels programs is a very nice idea… I had never heard of it before.
Have a great day,
Debbie
