The remodeling is at a stand still until Monday, and weather premitting. Then things around here will be very exciting!
Before I start today’s post, Happy Easter! It will be quiet here and we’ll be anticipating the workers arriving again on Monday.
This week’s non rain days are supposed to be Monday and Tuesday and Friday. Monday will be a huge work day. Siding comes off, and the new will go up, inspector will come which means porch decking is framed up. Then they destruct the back deck.
When our workers get to the back deck, the only entry will be to and from the basement door. I hope that the front door/ deck will be accessible. The attic also gets an upgrade, They are blowing in insulation and replacing the exsiting vents and putting in a new attic fan.
Now if “mommy” can just talk “daddy” into new living room furniture. Well, soon maybe!
