First ever altered art as a gift
Happy Weekend!
It is finally Friday. It has been a short seven days since last Friday when Craig was sentenced. I am in constant prayer for my oldest son.
Chad is my youngest son, at 18 like many other teens, he thinks that if he slides just a little bit that it is acceptable. He is learning a hard lesson that if you slip behind on your studies, you lose privileges and still have to get the work done. Sometimes, it just sucks to be a teenager.
Today I focused on wrapping gifts that are going to be going postal tomorrow. Most of them I have posted pictures of. I did a similar altered tag as shown above for my birth mother along with a purple themed calendar note pad holder. Since she enjoys sewing I wrapped the two smaller gifts in sewing pattern tissue paper.
When I was finished with my wrapping assignments I decided to sit down and do some art journaling. First I decided to do another snowman tag I used the winter tag for the project along with an embossing folder. Both sold by Sizzix.
Have a great weekend, enjoy the slide show and the Christmas music.
Stamp Happy, be a blessing!
