Materials: Standard A2 Envelope
Strip of scrapbooking paper 1″ X 12″
Pre-colored Claudia topper
White paint marker
Glue dots, pin, shrink plastic
Directions: Cut Claudia the cow ( pre- colored)out close to the margins, and then using a white pen add dots to high light the image.
Apply topper to the strip of paper on the envelope using double sided adhesive.
Shrink plastic claudia with heat gun following manufacture directions. Use a glue dot to apply to the back of the envelope or place it inside the envelope so the teacher can return the envelope to you when it needs to be “restocked”.

Here are some dramatic “before” and after shrinking pictures. I hope you will enjoy this short “how to” use copic markers to color shrink plastic.
