Tools:
Mini scoring board and ball stylus
Clear elastic cord
Wooden beads
Glue Dots
Scissors or paper trimmer
Glue (hot glue is also fine)
Twine (if you want an angel that is more rustic in appearance)
Pipe cleaner
Fuzzy yarn (I used a silver toned one)
Instructions
To begin, trim the margins off the music paper, please see example A.
Using the larger end of a ball stylus Score the music paper every ¼”. You can score two sheets at a time, however, be careful if your music book is old and has fragile pages.
Accordion fold both pieces. Once these are folded, you will fold down the top parts about 1.5” down from the top. Glue these down to the side.
Place the elastic cord or twine between these two pieces and attach the two pieces together using the adhesive of your choosing.
Use a glue dot place to attach the bead “head” onto the top of the angel.
If you want this to be dressed up a bit, use a small piece of pipe cleaner to form a halo and put that onto the top of the bead using a glue dot.
Your angel is now complete.
For the visual learner:
