Queen Kat on Tuedsay — Star girl

This wonderful stamp is by Kristen Palmer and is available for purchase from Queen Kat stamps.

I colored the image in with my copic markers and use a small piece of plastic bubble wrap to create a more textured back drop.

The card is meant to be simple, yet elegant and I achieved this by using dark rich colors and simple layering. The sentiment is from Hero Arts.

queen Kat, What Lies Beneath by Kristin Palmer

I made this beautiful card using the What Lies Beneath by Kristin Palmer. It can be purchased at the Queen Kat website.

It is a 5 1/2″ square card. I layered the pieces at a diamond angle for more interest. I colored the image with my copic marker’s and then using some light blue glitter and crystal effects put dots on the focal image to look like water. I also used wire that I curled and flowers from Recollections.

To finish off this project, I used some clear dew drops and some ribbon for added interest.

What an exciting day Tuesday is. It is my priveledge to let you all know about the wonderful stamps and goodies to be had at Queen Kat.

Queen Kat on Tuesday!

Due to an unexpected family emergency, today’s post will be brief. My oldest son is not well and I am trying to get him admitted to Walter Reid Army Medical Center.
