Altered item and blog candy!
Hi my crafty friends!
I hope you have enjoyed a beautiful day filled with fun, friends and stamps! I have enjoyed my day. As many of you know I am going to attend a shoe box swap on Saturday, I am so looking forward to it!

I was checking to be sure I had everything accomplished for the swap, when I started to look for the sample I made. I still haven’t found it. So out of desperation, I decided to make up a new sample. I’ve double checked my box and now need to write out the instructions.

As you know blog candy has started, but here is a picture of a few more items I’m offering up for this round. You may leave a comment any where on my blog, please link my blog to yours for an additional chance to win these goodies.

The small gable box was made out of DCSW double sided heavy weight scrap booking paper. I used brown Prima flowers, green dew drops and brown ribbon to alter the box. The box is available through Sizzix. These large XL dies are called scoreboards. They have scoring lines built in. Each die comes with instructions of how to cut and assemble the project conveniently in the packaging. This box only took about 6 minutes to completely assemble and decorate. It only took another 5 minutes or so for it to be completely dry. I am very pleased with the way this project came out.

Stay tuned for a video tutorial on how to put this box together, hopefully I’ll have it shot and up by Wednesday. Stamp happy!
