  Hello friends.  Finally after more agitation than I can put into words, I was finally able to return the Cricut Air machine I bought last week.  Apparently Michael’s return policy is not as clear as they lead you to believe.  I had my receipt and the machine along with two extra cutting mats I wanted to return and receive my money back.


  The store didn’t want to take it back.  So finally I went to a different store and simply told them I had changed my mind, and did not want it.  It took a while but the manager finally refunded the money to my debit card.  It should have been easy. It wasn’t.  I don’t mind buying small things from Michael’s.  I never really have the need to take things back.  So please learn from my mistake, get something from the manager in writing about their return policy of such items. It will save you much aggravation in the long run.    


  After a short weight, I received my Erin Condren planner in the mail.  I decided on the vertical orientation calendar and I also purchased a few other items.  You may view the video directly on You Tube by clicking here.
